1. General rule. Payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.
2. Failed delivery. If a number cannot be delivered due to provider issues, we may issue a balance credit after review.
3. Deposits. Crypto deposits may require confirmations and internal processing. Refunds for completed deposits are not guaranteed.
4. Chargebacks. Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may lead to account suspension.
5. Review. Each case is reviewed individually; we may request additional information.
6. Processing time. Review and resolution may take time depending on network/provider data.
